You can sign up to Enjoy with either an Italian or a foreign driving license: you just need to be aged over 18.

The service is available exclusively to private individuals (not companies).

You must be over 18 years old and have held a driving licence accepted by the service for at least one year.

You can register through our App and follow the online process.

For customers with an Italian driving licence:

Registration is free and entirely online, with no need to send or receive any paper documents.

During registration, keep the following documents at hand: your tax code and Italian Class B driving licence. Finally, enter a payment method.

For customers with a foreign licence:

The vehicle-sharing service accepts licences issued by EU countries, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Russia, and the USA.

Registration is entirely online, requiring the upload of a copy of your ID or passport, driving licence, and international driving licence (if required). Keep a credit card in your name at hand during registration.

Upon successful verification of your documents, you will receive a confirmation email from the Enjoy Team, along with the contractual documentation and a unique, personal PIN code to use the vehicles.
With Enjoy, you can pick up and return the vehicle of your choice within the coverage area of your city, all through our App.

Locate the nearest vehicle by checking the Enjoy section on the map on our website or App. Alternatively, hire the first vehicle you come across on the street. Remember, the first 20 minutes of your booking are free, after the extra booking fee per minute will apply.

The Enjoy service is currently active:

  • in the municipality of Milan and in the municipalities of San Donato, Sesto San Giovanni, Settimo Milanese, Peschiera Borromeo, Cesano Boscone and Corsico
  • in the municipality of Rome
  • in the municipality of Florence
  • in the municipality of Turin
  • in the municipality of Bologna
Vehicles are parked within the respective service coverage areas, and there are no fixed stations for pick-up or return. You can book one vehicle at a time and keep it for as long as you wish, paying only for actual usage.

Find an Enjoy vehicle

With the Enjoy App, you can locate all available vehicles near your location or another address of interest and easily book one with the “Book this vehicle” option. To check for available vehicles nearby, you can also use the “Coverage Area” section on our website.

On the street

If you find an available vehicle on the street, you can select it for immediate use without a booking.

Check the status of the vehicle based on the lights in the windshield:
  • Red – in use
  • Flashing red – out of service
  • Yellow – booked
  • Green – available
Remember, the first 20 minutes of your booking are free, even if you cancel.

While for the next 70 minutes the extra booking fee per minute will be applied. The countdown on the App will change from green to red to notify you of the end of the free booking period and the beginning of the paid one.

If you realise you no longer need the booked vehicle or can't reach it within 90 minutes, cancel the booking to make it available for other customers.

WARNING: repeated non-usage may result in suspension from the service by the Enjoy team.

At the end of the booking, you'll see a confirmation screen, and a booking reminder will appear in your personal account area. You will also receive an email with all the relevant details.

You can also book an Enjoy vehicle for 1, 2, 3 or 4 consecutive hours or until the following morning:

If you don't reach the vehicle by the end of the booking, you will have an additional 30 minutes to unlock it at an additional cost. Remember that you cannot book the same vehicle for 120 minutes after the expiration or cancellation of the previous booking, but you can start the rental by going to the vehicle, pressing the "Rent" button in the App and entering the license plate and vehicle code.

If you're planning a trip, with the Enjoy Car Delivery Service you can book a vehicle up to 20 days and at least 24 hours before departure, at an additional cost Available in the app.

Please make sure you have Bluetooth turned on and that you give Bluetooth consents to the Enjoy app in order to start the rental with Enjoy.
Enjoy Points are dedicated parking areas where you can find Enjoy vehicles to start and end your rental.

These points can be located throughout Italy at Eni Live Stations, Eni Parking, Enjoy Parking, airport and railway station car parks, and public and private parking spaces.

Consult the dedicated area on the website and App to see all the available Enjoy Points.

Renting at Enjoy Points is simple:
  1. Choose the Most Suitable Enjoy Point: They are marked with a special indicator on the map in the dedicated section on the website and App.
  2. Select the model and vehicle you wish to rent.
  3. Choose the rental and booking rate. Remember, the first 40 minutes are free, then extra booking fee per minute will be applied.
  4. Confirm the booking. You can freely navigate the App and make Enjoy rentals (in cities where the service is active) until you start the rental at the Enjoy Point.
  5. Reach the selected Enjoy Point and start the rental following the procedure in the App.
Remember, you can only end the rental at the same Enjoy Point where you started. You can book one vehicle at a time and keep it for as long as you wish.

Find an Enjoy Point

With the Enjoy App, you can locate all available Enjoy Points near your location or another address of interest and easily book a vehicle. To check for available Enjoy Points nearby, you can also use the "Coverage Area" section on our website.

Remember that the reservation is free for the first 40 minutes even if you cancel.

While for the following 50 minutes an Extra booking minutes fee. The countdown on the App will change from green to red to notify you of the end of the free booking period and the beginning of the paid one.

You can book a vehicle from Enjoy Point for up to 24 hours.

Vehicles can be booked for 2, 4, 6, 12; 24 consecutive hours at an additional cost. If you don't reach the vehicle by the end of the booking, you will have an additional 90 minutes to unlock it at an additional cost available in the App. If this extra paid time also expires without use, the booking will be considered cancelled, and you won't be able to rebook or rent the same vehicle for 120 (one hundred and twenty) minutes from cancellation.

If you realise you no longer need the booked vehicle or can't reach it, cancel the booking to make it available for other customers.

Enjoy Car Delivery is the service that allows you to book an Enjoy and have it delivered within the coverage area.

The service is active in Enjoy cities: Florence, Milan, Rome, Turin, and Bologna. At the moment, it is not possible to request the Car Delivery service inside Enjoy Points.

The fee for renting a car with Enjoy Car Delivery is given by the delivery fee and the daily rental rate chosen. The delivery cost, starting from 10€, does not change according to the number of rental days (even for multi-day rentals the delivery cost is always the same).If you exceed the rental days or km included, you will continue with the extra minute rate or the extra km rate.

To start a booking:
  • Click the "Plan" icon at the bottom of the App Home Page and proceed to the next screen with the "Book Now" button.
  • Choose the day and select the delivery time.
  • Select the delivery address, making sure it is within the Enjoy Service coverage area. The vehicle will be delivered within a 500m radius of the indicated address.
  • Select the number of days you need the vehicle for.
  • View the details of your booking, select the payment method, and confirm.
  • Upon booking confirmation, the rental amount will be pre-authorised on the payment method you have chosen.
  • The rental rate will start and be charged from the moment you unlock the vehicle.
You will receive all the booking details via email. One hour before the start of the booking, you will receive an email containing details about the booked vehicle (number plate and actual delivery address).

You can start the rental from 1 hour before and up to 2 hours after the time selected during the booking of the service. If the two hours pass without starting the rental, the booking will be automatically cancelled, and you will be charged a penalty of 30€.

If you've changed your mind and wish to cancel your booking, you can do so without additional costs within 24 hours from the scheduled departure time. If you proceed after this period, you will be refunded the pre-authorised amount, according to your bank's conditions, but you will be automatically charged a penalty of 30€.

The rental of the booked vehicle must end within the coverage area of the city where you started the service.
Please make sure you have Bluetooth turned on and that you give Bluetooth consents to the Enjoy app in order to start the rental with Enjoy.

For booked vehicles

Once you've reached your booked vehicle, you can unlock it using the App by pressing the "Unlock Vehicle" button.

If your rental starts at an Enjoy Point, you'll first need to start the rental by pressing the "Start Rental" button on the booking screen, followed by the "Unlock Vehicle" button

For vehicles found on the street, enter the vehicle code and number plate in the "Rent" section of the App, then press the "Unlock vehicle" button.

After unlocking, the vehicle will automatically lock itself again after one minute.

You can re-open it within a maximum of 5 minutes from the first unlock using one of the following methods:
  • Through the App with the "Re-open" command.
  • Through Enjoy Customer Service by calling 800.900.505 and providing the licence plate and vehicle code visible from outside the passenger compartment.
For assistance in English or if you're using a foreign SIM, contact +39 02 233.22.222 at the cost of a landline call as provided by your operator.
Once the vehicle is unlocked, enter your PIN directly on your smartphone. Before starting the rental, make sure you have the latest version of the Enjoy App installed.

Before departure, you may be asked to take four photos of the vehicle’s exterior to document its condition. You’ll have 10 minutes to do this, after which the selected rate will start. You’ll then be asked to answer a few questions about the vehicle’s condition.

To start the vehicle, use the ignition key, found in the dedicated compartment beneath the gearbox, marked with a sticker.

If the vehicle is damaged, excessively dirty, or if the key is missing, please report it through the App or call Enjoy Customer Service. If you feel that the vehicle is not suitable for use, you can release it and choose another one.

Finally, make sure you have Bluetooth turned on and that you’ve granted the necessary permissions in the Enjoy App before setting off.
With Enjoy vehicles, you can drive only in Italy, both inside and outside the coverage area or Enjoy Points, with no time limits, while adhering to traffic laws, civil and criminal codes, and exercising utmost diligence.

Remember, you must park either within the coverage area or at the same Enjoy Point where you picked up the vehicle. Until you do so, you will continue to be charged, and the vehicle remains your responsibility.

With the Fiat 500 Enjoy, you can carry up to three additional passengers.

Access to public transport lanes and pedestrian areas is also prohibited.

With Fiat 500 Enjoy vehicles, you can enter certain Limited Traffic Zones (LTZ). Here's where you can go:

Milan

You can access the LTZs called “AREA C” and “AREA B”.

You cannot pass through the LTZs with access allowed at set times only for specific categories of users (e.g. residents with permits) and for particular types of vehicles. For more information see the dedicated page of the Milan municipality website:

Bologna

You can drive freely in all of the city's LTZ areas.

This also includes Area "T" (Rizzoli - Indipendenza - Ugo Bassi) with the exception of T Days (every weekend from 08:00 on Saturday to 22:00 on Sunday and every public holiday from 08:00 to 22:00); the University Zone; the Special LTZ San Francesco - Pratello (excluding the Via del Pratello Pedestrian Area between Piazza Malpighi and Piazza S. Francesco); the Special LTZ Moline - Capo di Lucca (excluding the Moline Urban Pedestrian Area).

Enjoy vehicles are allowed to drive even on days when traffic is blocked.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside Enjoy vehicles. If you violate this rule, you'll be charged for the internal cleaning of the vehicle. Additionally, we are sorry, but transporting animals is not allowed.
To end your rental, park the vehicle inside the coverage area on blue-lined spaces or other permitted places, and press the "end rental" button. If you started the rental from an Enjoy Point, return the vehicle to the same parking area, marked with special Enjoy signs.

For temporary stops you can park:
  • in any permitted parking space inside the coverage area and for free in paid spaces marked by blue lines;
  • outside the coverage area, in designated areas as stipulated by local traffic regulations. Any parking fees are not included in the rental rate and must be paid by the driver according to the procedures indicated by the competent municipality of the area where you intend to park;
  • in all Enjoy-designated parking areas, which can be located on the website or App;
  • in resident-only parking spaces in Milan, Florence and Bologna (but not in other cities).

To end the rental, you can park in the following ways:
  • For Enjoy Point rentals:
  • only in designated spaces inside the Enjoy Point where the rental began.

  • For Enjoy rentals (other than Enjoy Point) in the cities of Milan, Rome, Florence, Turin and Bologna:
  • in any permitted parking space inside the coverage area and for free in paid spaces marked by blue lines;
  • in all Enjoy-designated parking areas, which can be located on the website or App;
  • in resident-only parking spaces in Milan, Florence and Bologna (but not in other cities).

Remember, you CANNOT under any circumstances end the rental:

  • outside the service coverage area;
  • in private parking areas, company parking areas and any car parks with regulated access and opening/closing times (such as supermarket car parks);
  • time-restricted parking areas (clock disc);
  • parking spaces with electric charging columns;
  • in general, in parking areas with daily or hourly restrictions, if the restriction is due to start within the next 48 hours (e.g. street cleaning, local markets). So, if a ban starts somewhere on Tuesday at 09:00, you can't park there after 09:00 on the preceding Sunday. In parking spaces reserved for disabled drivers, law enforcement agencies, loading/unloading goods, taxis, institutions or foreign diplomats.

When you decide to end the rental, besides remembering to check that you are inside the coverage area, you must also check that you have left the vehicle in an area where the GPS signal and/or GSM signal can be detected. If not, the app will instruct you to move the vehicle to an area with better reception.

Before getting out of the vehicle, check that you have closed the windows, turned off the lights and engaged the handbrake. Then press "end rental" on the app.
You can refuel Fiat 500 Enjoy vehicles directly at hundreds of service stations across Italy and instantly receive a 5€ voucher for your next rentals.

If the fuel level in your Fiat 500 Enjoy drops below 30%, you can easily refuel by tapping "Show Nearest Eni Station" on your smartphone and following the directions to the filling station.

Once you arrive on the forecourt, stop the vehicle in front of one of the IPERSELF self-service fuel dispensers. Turn off the engine, tap the yellow refuelling icon and wait for the procedure to start.

When the list of available dispensers appears on the App, select the one you want to use and then confirm by tapping the “Start refuelling” button. Then simply get out of the vehicle, pick up the "Super" petrol nozzle from the selected dispenser and fill up the tank until the petrol stops coming out of the dispenser.

Enjoy vehicles must be refuelled WITH SUPER PETROL ONLY. Do not add diesel or premium fuels. To refuel correctly and obtain a voucher, do not pull the nozzle out of the tank until the amount of fuel shown in euros and litres on the display screen has been completely dispensed, making sure the fuel flow is cut off by squeezing the nozzle trigger a number of times. The system calculates the number of litres needed to fill up your Enjoy vehicle and will stop dispensing when this amount is reached.

Once you have finished refuelling, start the engine and continue your journey. Meanwhile, the system will verify whether you completed the procedure correctly and if so, your account will be instantly credited with a 5€ voucher to use for your rentals.

IMPORTANT: every step of the refuelling process is monitored to ensure correct operation, and to detect any improper behaviour that does not comply with the regulations and conditions of the service.

Please remember that you can refuel vehicles only if you have spent at least 10€ on a transaction since you registered with Enjoy. Before proceeding, make sure you have updated the App to the latest version. Watch the video to discover the correct refuelling procedure in detail.
Enjoy Fiat 500 vehicles are equipped with a new data transmission device that helps to verify the proper use of the vehicle and establish liability in the event of accidents.

For your safety and the safety of others, remember to always drive responsibly. We also remind you that in order to use the Enjoy service, compliance with the current COVID-19 regulations is mandatory.
Enjoy Parking are designated paid parking areas exclusively for Enjoy customers, with fees applied for both starting and ending rentals.

Parking for extended periods is not permitted; you can only start or end a rental.

The parking fees will be directly charged at the end of your rental and will be visible on your receipt.

In Milan, you can use paid parking at:

    • 21 parking spaces reserved for the service.
    • Flat rate of 5.50€ for each start and end of rentals at this car park.
    • The car park is open-air, secure, and available 24/7. Enjoy spaces are located on the sixth floor of P2 parking.
  • Milan Malpensa Airport
    • 10 parking spaces reserved for the service.
    • Flat rate of 19,99€ for both starting and ending rentals at this car park.
    • The car park is open-air and available 24/7. Parking spaces are located at P3 Express, opposite the entrance to Malpensa Express Terminal 1. Access the car park using the dedicated car-sharing ramp with an automatic barrier.

In Rome, you can use the paid parking at:

  • Roma Termini Station
    • 15 parking spaces reserved for the service.
    • Flat rate of 4,99€ for both starting rentals at this car park.
    • The car park is located at Via Marsala 53 and is available 24/7. Automatic barriers recognise Enjoy vehicles through electronic number plate reading.
  • Rome Fiumicino Airport – Leonardo da Vinci
    • 20 parking spaces reserved for the service.
    • Flat rate of 12,00€ for both starting and ending rentals at this car park.
    • The car park is located on the terrace of Parking B - Terminal 1 and is available 24/7. Automatic barriers recognise Enjoy vehicles through electronic number plate reading.
  • Rome Ciampino Airport
    • 10 parking spaces reserved for the service.
    • Flat rate of 6,99€ for both starting and ending rentals at this car park.
    • The car park is located at Parking P5 and is available 24/7. Automatic barriers recognise Enjoy vehicles through electronic number plate reading.

In Rome you can use the free parking at:

  • Campus Bio-Medico
    • 18 parking spaces reserved for the service.
    • The car park is located on Via Redgo Scodro and is available every day from 06:00 to 22:00.
  • Policlinico Gemelli
    • 18 parking spaces reserved for the service.
    • The car park is accessible 24/7 from Via della Pineta Sacchetti, 217 and from Monday to Friday, from 6:00 to 20:00, also from Largo Francesco Vito.

In Turin you can use the paid parking at:

  • Turin Caselle Airport
    • 16 parking spaces reserved for the service.
    • Flat rate of 7,99€ for both starting and ending rentals at this car park.
    • The parking is accessible following the Car Sharing – Arrivals signs and is secure and available 24/7. Automatic barriers recognise Enjoy vehicles through electronic number plate reading.

In Bologna and Florence, you can use the free municipal parking reserved for free-floating car-sharing services – Enjoy.

Refer to the map in the App to view all addresses.
The amount will be immediately charged to your account at the end of the rental if you are renting with a per-minute rate.

For daily or hourly rates, the total service amount will be charged at the beginning of the rental.

Any extra costs for exceeding kilometres, parking, or other, will be charged at the end of the rental.

In case of a monthly subscription rental, the amount of the chosen plan will be charged at the time of initial subscription. Each monthly subscription renewal payment will be made 2 days before the subscription renewal date.

With the exception of rentals with daily and hourly rates, a 1€ unlocking fee for the vehicle is applicable. This additional amount will be applied to the total rate at the end of the rental.

At the end of each rental, you will receive a summary email containing the following data: rental number, vehicle licence plate number, time and place of start and end of rental, total duration (partially used minutes are rounded up to 60 seconds starting from the thirty-first second), total kilometres, and an itemised breakdown of the rental, documenting the number of rental minutes, mileage in kilometres, plus the amount charged on a per-kilometre basis if you exceeded 50 km, all offset by any vouchers you may have.

You will still receive itemised breakdowns of your rentals in your personal account area.

You can download a monthly itemised bill from your personal account area on the website. This shows all amounts charged and credited to your account over the course of the month, with details of each rental and any additional costs.

Are you self-employed? Enter your VAT number in your profile and all your bills will be made out accordingly.

Additional costs:

In addition to the cost of your rental and extra services (e.g. booking) you may incur additional costs and expenses deriving from your rental:
  • Administrative sanctions (e.g. due to traffic violations or for reactivating your account if it gets suspended because your driving licence has expired).
  • Service call-out (e.g. non-routine cleaning if you leave the vehicle too dirty; or if you leave it with the lights on, or if you leave it parked in a no-parking area).
  • Accident management (accident with delayed or missing CID submission, accident where the customer is at fault).
  • Other (e.g. loss or damage of the ignition key, failure to report an accident, driving abroad).
  • The complete list of all cases is provided in the "Penalties" annex to the General Contract Conditions

Accepted Payment Methods:

Credit cards, prepaid cards (only for customers with an Italian driving licence), a PayPal account in your name and the vouchers you entered during registration. Currently the service only accepts MasterCard, American Express and Visa credit cards valid for online payment.

The total value of the vouchers in your wallet must be greater than or equal to 10 euros to be enabled for the Enjoy services. If it is less than 10 euros, you will need to upload a new voucher or enter a valid payment method to continue renting.

Your card data and your PayPal account details will be securely stored by Nexi using the best available security technology, including 3D Secure anti-fraud protection systems designed by international MasterCard (SecureCode MasterCard), American Express (Safekey), and Visa (Verified by Visa) circuits. This provides extra protection for your online purchases, allowing you to prevent any unauthorised use of your card on the web and avoid unwanted charges to your account.

You can edit your stored data at any time by logging in to the Nexi website via your Enjoy personal account area.

PLEASE NOTE! If you change your payment card or PayPal account details, the card and your PayPal account will be removed from the Nexi database. If you wish to continue using the service, you'll have to re-enter the details of your credit card, the prepaid card or PayPal account and repeat the verification procedure.
Subscriptions allow you to rent an Enjoy by paying for rental minutes at a lower price than the standard per-minute rate.

You can choose between:

Drive Subscriptions

  • Drive 100, which includes 100 minutes of rental per month and automatic monthly renewal.
  • Drive 300, which includes 300 minutes of rental per month and automatic monthly renewal.
  • Drive 500, which includes 500 minutes of rental per month and automatic monthly renewal.

Drive Pass Subscriptions

  • Drive Pass 100, which includes 100 minutes of rental to be used by the expiration of the Pass, equal to 1 day from activation, without automatic renewal.
  • Drive Pass 300, which includes 300 minutes of rental to be used by the expiration of the Pass, equal to 3 days from activation, without automatic renewal.
  • Drive Pass 500, which includes 500 minutes of rental to be used by the expiration of the Pass, equal to 5 days from activation, without automatic renewal.

Daily Subscriptions

  • Daily 60, which includes 60 minutes of rental per day and automatic monthly renewal.
  • Daily 120, which includes 120 minutes of rental per day and automatic monthly renewal.
  • Daily 180, which includes 180 minutes of rental per day and automatic monthly renewal.

Additionally, the minutes included in the subscription can be used to cover any extra minutes from rentals charged at hourly or daily rates, should you exceed the maximum time specified in your chosen prepaid rate. The subscriptions are also valid for rentals from Enjoy Points.

The benefits of subscriptions are:

Drive and Drive Pass Subscriptions:

  • No unlocking fee with an active subscription and remaining minutes available, so you can rent without paying the extra fee of 1€.
  • Maximum 24-hour rate for Cars at 39€, instead of 69€, except for Enjoy Points.
  • Maximum 24-hour rate for Cargo at 49€, instead of 89€, except for Enjoy Points.

Daily Subscriptions:

  • No unlocking fee with an active subscription, even if remaining minutes are used up, so you can rent without paying the extra 1€ rate.
  • Maximum 24-hour rate for Cars at 39€, instead of 69€, except for Enjoy Points.
  • Maximum 24-hour rate for Cargo at 49€, instead of 89€, except for Enjoy Points.
  • Reduced rate for extra minutes at 0,15€/min.
  • Reduced rate for Eextra km at 0,15€/km.
  • Reduced rate for extended booking at 0,05€/min.
  • 50% discount on all Enjoy Parking.

Each rental initiated under the Drive and Drive Pass subscription plans includes 50 km. The cost for each extra km beyond those provided in your subscription plan is 0.29€ per km unless your specific agreement stipulates different rates.

Each rental initiated under the Daily subscription plans includes 50 km. The cost for each extra km beyond those included is charged at 0,15€ per km.

Once the threshold of minutes included in the Drive and Drive Pass subscriptions has been exceeded, even mid-rental, you can continue to use the Enjoy car-sharing service at the standard rate of 0.29€/min plus a 1€ unlocking fee, or at a special rate if you have a specific agreement.

Once the threshold of minutes included in the Daily subscription has been exceeded, even mid-rental, you can continue to use the Enjoy car-sharing service at a special rate of 0,15€/min, with free vehicle unlocking. With Daily plans, your available minutes are reset the next day.

If you need more minutes, you can always upgrade to a higher plan starting from the next renewal of the Drive and Daily plans, or upon the expiration of the Drive Pass plans.

To purchase a subscription:

  • 1. Click on the “Subscription” icon at the bottom of the Home Page in the App and continue to the next screen through the “Activate a subscription” button.
  • 2. Choose the plan that best suits you and continue with the purchase.
  • 3. Review the details, select your payment method and confirm.
  • 4. Upon confirmation, your subscription will be immediately active.

You will receive an e-mail with all the details of your subscription purchase. You will also receive an additional e-mail with each automatic monthly renewal.

In the “Subscription” section of the App, you can always check your remaining minutes and view the expiration or renewal date of your subscription.

The Drive and Daily plans renew automatically on the same date each month unless you choose to cancel and unless there is no capacity on your payment method. You can cancel your subscription anytime, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of the ongoing monthly subscription. If the renewal date falls on a day not present in a particular month, such as the 31st, the renewal will occur on the last day of that month (e.g., subscribe on 31st August, renewals on 30th September, 31st October, 30th November, etc.).

Drive Pass plans have a fixed expiration date and do not renew automatically.

The minutes included in the subscription cannot be accumulated. Unused minutes will automatically expire after the subscription period ends.

You can modify your subscription by going to the “Subscription” section in the Enjoy App and clicking on “Modify or cancel subscription”. If you do this within 58 hours before the expiration of plans with automatic renewal, the change will be effective from the next available renewal. Otherwise, the changes will apply to the subsequent renewal. Once the change takes effect, your subscription will automatically renew with the new plan you have subscribed to.

Drive Pass plans cannot be modified as they do not include automatic renewal. After your current Drive Pass expires, you can always subscribe to a new Drive Pass or to a Drive or Daily plan.

You can cancel your subscription by going to the “Subscription” section in the Enjoy App and clicking on “Modify or cancel subscription”. For plans with automatic renewal, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the ongoing monthly subscription.

Drive Pass plans cannot be cancelled as they do not have automatic renewal. After your current Drive Pass expires, you can always subscribe to a Drive or Daily plan.

Right of withdrawal

Unless otherwise specified by specific incentive programs, including those related to sustainable mobility, or as otherwise provided by sector regulations, you can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of purchase of the subscription by writing to the address servizioclienti@enjoy.eni.com with the subject: “Subscription right of withdrawal”. Click here if you prefer to download the form directly from the Website.

Please note that if you make a rental paid using the subscription minutes during the withdrawal period (which lasts for 14 days from the date of validity of the subscription itself, or in any case by the expiration date of the subscription, if shorter), it will no longer be possible to exercise the right of withdrawal.
Vouchers have a monetary value in euros and are awarded to you automatically by Enjoy when you do certain things.

Your vouchers will automatically be deducted for the payment of your next rental and subtracted from the total cost.

For example, if you received a voucher credit of 5 euros yesterday and today you use the vehicle selecting an hourly rate for 2 hours at a cost of 16 euros, you will only be charged 11 euros (the rental cost of 16 euros minus the voucher value of 5 euros).

Vouchers can also be used to complete the registration phase for the Enjoy service without necessarily entering another payment method.

The total amount of vouchers in your wallet within your profile must exceed the minimum threshold of 10 euros to allow you to use the rental service. Failing this, your profile will be disabled until your voucher credit will be restored to or above the minimum threshold or until you will register another valid payment method.
Right to Reconsider

Unless otherwise provided by specific incentive programs, including those related to sustainable mobility, or unless otherwise provided by sector regulations, you can exercise the right to reconsider within 14 days from the date of purchase by writing to servizioclienti@enjoy.eni.com with the subject "Gift Card right to reconsider". Click here if you prefer to download the form directly from the site. We remind you that if you decide to use the service immediately, this will be an explicit request to use all or part of the Gift Card already in the reconsideration period. In this case, if you subsequently decide to exercise the right to reconsider, only the remaining amount of the unused Gift Card will be credited back to your payment card, net of discounts and other applicable promotions.
The PIN is communicated to you through the email and SMS confirmation of registration.

It is a personal code (always the same, so memorise it well) that you will need to use the vehicles: to start the engine, you will have to enter it directly on your smartphone. If your smartphone is equipped, you can alternatively activate biometric recognition. Make sure you have downloaded the latest version of the App.

The PIN is strictly personal and is not transferable to third parties. If you think someone else might be using your PIN, contact the Enjoy Customer Service immediately and let them know.

If you forget or lose your PIN number, go to the personal data section of your Enjoy profile to ask for it to be resent to you. You'll immediately receive an SMS containing the PIN.
The user profile, created at the time of registration, is essential for using Enjoy services and contains all your personal data, identification details, driving licence, your email address, and consent for receiving service and commercial communications.

Some information can be changed at any time, while others cannot. Here are all the operations you can perform in your personal profile in detail.

Change email

Your email address is essential for using Enjoy services: it is your username for logging into the website and app, as well as the address to which we send all service communications, vehicle booking confirmations, rental invoices and important notices such as driving licence expiration alerts.

If you want to replace your current email address, simply log in to your user profile in the “Personal profile” section in the App, under “Email Address” and click on the “Edit email” option.

You'll be asked to enter the new email address in the corresponding field and confirm the operation. You'll immediately receive a confirmation email at the old address and an activation email at the new address.

Changing and recovering passwords

If you want to change your password, go to your personal profile in the App under the "Personal Data" section, click on "Security," and then click on "Change Password."

You'll be asked to enter your current password and repeat the new password twice. Once you click on "Confirm change" you'll receive an email notification that the operation was successful.

If you've forgotten your password, click on "Login" in the App and then on "Forgot Password?" We'll ask for your email address to send you a temporary code to access your profile and reset your password under "Personal Profile" in the "Security" section.

Updating your Italian driving licence details

You can change the details of your Italian driver's licence entered during registration at any time. For example, if it has expired or if you've lost it and have a new one, you can go to your personal profile in the App under "Personal Data," click on "Driver's licence data", and then click on "Change licence."

We'll ask for the details of the new licence. Once entered, click on "Confirm change". You'll receive an email notification at your email address.

Updating foreign driving licence details

You can only change the details of your foreign driver's licence if it has expired. In this case, Enjoy will notify you of the need to update it, and you can upload a copy of the new document to your personal profile.

Changing payment method

Want to change the payment method associated with the Enjoy service?

You can do it easily and at any time: simply open your "Personal profile" on the App, select "Payment method", and click on "Change card details".

You'll be asked to confirm the action to change the payment method again. If you click on "Change card details", the details of the previous payment method will be immediately removed, and you will be redirected to the secure Nexi site, where you can enter a new payment method.

View personalised rates

If you are entitled to discounted rates due to a partner agreement with the Enjoy service, you can view them in your personal profile under "Rates". You will find a table that displays at a glance the car rental and booking rates that are reserved for you.

Marketing communications

You can easily modify your consent settings for receiving marketing communications from Enjoy or any of our service partners through your user profile at any time.

Simply log in from the website or from the app, go to the "Personal details" area of the "Personal profile" section and check the boxes "I agree" or "I disagree". Finally, click on "Save the changes".

Please note that even if you opt to receive no marketing communications, all information regarding the Enjoy service will continue to be sent to your email address.
If you wish to cancel your subscription to the service, you can do so at any time through:
  • The dedicated function on the Enjoy App.
  • An email communication sent to servizioclienti@enjoy.eni.com (using the same email address used for the registration to the service.

The cancellation will take effect immediately or once any ongoing vehicle rentals have concluded.

If you continue to use Enjoy services during the notice period, you will be regularly charged for the amounts accrued.
First of all, call the Customer Service, describe the type of accident, and the nature of the damage to the vehicle, and give your exact location.

You'll be given all the necessary instructions according to what has happened (see Regulations for details).

If you're asked to fill in an accident statement form ("CID"), you'll find one in the glove compartment of the vehicle (remember to leave it in the same place).

Enjoy Customer Service
The possible situations are as follows:

1) If a service technician has to be called out - currently unavailable for Enjoy Point rentals:
  • Unless you need medical attention, stay at the location until the technician arrives.
  • You must hand over any completed CID forms at the time of the accident and any reports issued by the authorities involved (Traffic Police, Police, and other competent authorities).

2. If the intervention of a technician on-site is not required:
  • Remember to leave the CID forms and any reports in the glove compartment inside the vehicle.

Even if the vehicle is still operational, you must still seek authorisation from Enjoy Customer Service to continue.

If the vehicle is no longer usable, Enjoy Customer Service will terminate the rental.

If the vehicle is more than 50 km outside the service coverage area, Enjoy will pay for you to complete your journey (train, flight and overnight stay if applicable) within the limits specified in the Regulations. Either way, first the Enjoy Customer Service and then the service technician will give you all the instructions you need.

The vehicles are covered by Third-Party Liability insurance (R.C.A.) with a limit of 25,000,000 (twenty-five million) euros, with no customer excess due.

The Contract Holder also offers coverage for fire, theft, and comprehensive risks, with no customer excess due. Additionally, there is PAI (Personal Accident Insurance) coverage with a limit of 155,000 (one hundred fifty-five thousand) euros and Medical Expense Reimbursement (RSM) with a limit of 10,000 (ten thousand) euros.

Don't forget to contact Customer Service, otherwise you might be liable to penalties.

If the vehicle is parked in an authorised parking space inside the service coverage area:
  • Call Enjoy Customer Service, report the problem and provide the exact address where the vehicle is located. You don't need to wait for the service technician to arrive.

If the vehicle is not in an authorised parking space or is outside the service coverage area:
  • Call Enjoy Customer Service, report the problem, provide the exact address where the vehicle is located and wait for an Enjoy service technician to arrive.
  • If your vehicle breaks down more than 50 km from the service coverage area and it's going to take more than 24 hours to fix, Enjoy will pay for you to complete your journey (train, flight and overnight stay if applicable) within the limits specified in the Regulations.

If the vehicle was rented from an Enjoy Point:
  • Call Enjoy Customer Service to describe the problem, provide the exact address where the vehicle is located, and follow the instructions provided.
  • if your vehicle breaks down more than 50 km from the Enjoy Point your started from and the repair involves a stop of more than 24 hours, Enjoy will pay for you to complete your journey (train, flight and overnight stay if applicable) within the limits specified in the Regulations.
