Starting from 12th January 2026 in Milan, Florence and Turin, and from 21st January 2026 in Rome and Bologna, the Enjoy car-sharing service will switch from the ‘Free Floating’ mode to the ‘Enjoy Point’ mode. This means that it will no longer be possible to start and end rentals anywhere within the coverage area, but only at specific Enjoy Points indicated in the App. Access to the Limited Traffic Zones (ZTL) of Bologna and Florence will no longer be allowed, nor will free parking in blue-lined spaces. If you park in blue-lined spaces, you will need to pay for a ticket according to the local municipal rates.

An Enjoy Point is a specially designated parking area where you can find, start, and end rentals of Enjoy vehicles. These points are strategically located across Italy, including Eni Live Stations, Eni Parking, Enjoy Parking, airport and railway station car parks, as well as private and public parking spaces. For a complete list of Enjoy Points, please refer to the dedicated section on our website and app.

On the homepage of the app, click on "Enjoy Point" at the top and you’ll see a list of all the Enjoy Points currently in operation. To access more details about a specific Enjoy Point and the available rental vehicles, simply select the blue icon.

You can drive anywhere within Italy without any time limitations. Just remember that both the beginning and end of the rental should take place at the same Enjoy Point where you initially picked up the vehicle.

Currently, there is no special access to ZTL areas for vehicles rented from an Enjoy Point, including Enjoy Fiat Doblò vehicles. Please refer to the Instructions section for updates.

Yes. Outside of the Enjoy Point, any parking costs (e.g. blue zone parking, paid car parks, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your Enjoy Point booking is confirmed, you are free to navigate within the app and make additional rentals (excluding those within Enjoy Points) until you start the Enjoy Point rental by clicking the "START RENTAL" button. It's important to note that during rentals, you won't be able to cancel or modify your active Enjoy Point booking. To prevent automatic cancellation of your Enjoy Point booking, we recommend completing any ongoing rental within the specified timeframe. Additionally, remember that you can only book one vehicle from an Enjoy Point at a time.

You can only end the rental at the starting Enjoy Point, within the designated area clearly marked with Enjoy signage. Please remember to occupy only one parking space.
