With prepaid booking rates, you can schedule the pickup of your Enjoy for one or more hours, up to the next day.
Once the prepaid hours have ended, the booking does not automatically extend. You can choose a new rate and extend your booking.
Extended booking
When your booking minutes end, you can extend your booking with extended booking packages.
After the booking package has ended, it will not be automatically extended, but you can purchase another one. The booking can only be extended once.

How much does it cost to rent an Enjoy car?
The rates are structured into hourly and daily packages, all including 50 km. To view the updated prices, select an Enjoy Point in the Enjoy app.
When is the payment charged?
The rental fee is prepaid and charged at the start of the rental. Any additional costs (extra kilometres, drop-off fee, etc.) are charged at the end of the rental.
What are included kilometres? What happens if I exceed them?
Each rental rate includes 50 km. If you expect to exceed them during the rental, you can purchase additional kilometre packages directly in the app. Once the packages are used up, the minimum rental rate is automatically applied.
What is the drop-off fee?
If you choose a one-way rental and return the vehicle to a different Enjoy Point from the starting one, a drop-off fee may apply. The amount is always clearly shown before confirming the booking.
Why was I charged a penalty?
Penalties are applied in case of behaviour that does not comply with the General Terms of Service, such as: leaving the vehicle outside an Enjoy Point, smoking inside, transporting animals, or returning the vehicle in excessively dirty conditions.

I can’t end the rental even though I’m inside an Enjoy Point. What should I do?
It may be a GPS or GSM signal issue. Move the vehicle slightly within the area and try again. If the problem persists, contact Enjoy Customer Service.
