Personal data entered when you registered to the Enjoy service cannot be edited by logging into your private area. Contact us through our official social media channels or via the Customer Service to resolve your problem.

If you want to change your current email address, simply log into your user profile on the website or from the app, go to the "Personal profile" section and under "Email address" click on "Change email".

You will be prompted to enter your new email address in the corresponding field and confirm the operation. You will receive an email confirmation at your old address and an activation email at your new address.

Check the data coverage of your device. If the problem persists, close and reopen the app. If the app is still unresponsive and you have an active booking, please contact the Enjoy Customer Service to prevent being charged any booking fee linked to the technical glitch.

You can also use vouchers to pay for rentals. Your vouchers will automatically be applied to your next rental and deducted from its total cost.

Your card and PayPal account details are securely stored by Nexi using advanced security technologies, including the 3D Secure anti-fraud protection systems developed by international networks — MasterCard SecureCode, American Express SafeKey, and Verified by Visa. These systems provide extra protection for your online purchases, helping prevent unauthorized use of your card and avoiding unwanted charges on your account.

You can update your stored payment details at any time by accessing the Nexi website through your personal Enjoy area.

Please note that if there is no valid payment method active on your profile, your account will be blocked and you will not be able to rent.

The rental rate starts from the moment the rental is activated via the App.

Payment of the per-minute rate and all additional charges is required at the end of the rental. Hourly and daily rates are prepaid, so payment must be made before the start of the rental.

Penalties are charged as a result of conduct that does not conform to the General Conditions for use of the Enjoy service. For example, leaving the vehicle in non-permitted areas and/or private car parks not reserved for Enjoy, smoking onboard or transporting animals.

You might be in an area with weak signal where the vehicle isn't accurately located. Please move the vehicle and try to end the rental again. If the problem persists, get in touch with Enjoy Customer Service.

You can refuel a vehicle showing a low fuel level at any enabled Enilive Station (easily identifiable via the dedicated icon), but only if you’ve made at least one 10€ transaction since registering with Enjoy. For every full tank, you’ll receive a voucher to use towards future rentals and the fuel cost is fully covered by Enjoy. For full details, please read the instructions.Please note: recharging electric Enjoy vehicles is not permitted.

Before starting your rental, make sure you’ve installed the latest version of the Enjoy App. Once you’ve started the rental in the app, enter your PIN code directly on your smartphone.If the vehicle is damaged, excessively dirty or missing the key, report it via the app or contact Enjoy Customer Service. If you think the vehicle isn’t fit for use, you can release it and choose another one.

Depending on the model you’ve rented, you may find different types of keys:

• Mechanical key (Fiat 500 – Toyota Yaris): use the key located in the glovebox below the gear selector. It’s marked with a sticker.
• Keyless ignition (Toyota Yaris):make sure the key is in the glovebox below the gear selector (marked with a sticker), then press the Start/Stop button.

Toyota Yaris is a Full Hybrid vehicle. They are ready to drive only when the “READY” icon appears on the dashboard (even if the engine is silent because it’s electric!)

No, to use the Enjoy service, you must provide a valid payment method (credit card, debit card, or PayPal account in your name). After registration and the addition of a valid payment method, you will be able to use vouchers by adding them in the designated section within the app.

Enter the code on the voucher to activate it, choose one of the available cars and start the rental right away. Enter the voucher(s) at your disposal in the App. Once the rental is finished, the amount will be automatically deducted from your wallet. If the balance of the vouchers is insufficient, you will be required to enter another payment method.

If the amount of petrol dispensed during refuelling does not match the amount displayed on the pump's screen, the voucher will not be accepted.

Enjoy Drive subscriptions offer monthly plans with automatic renewal, allowing you to use the Enjoy car-sharing service at a reduced per-minute rate compared to the standard per-minute rate. Yes, your subscription becomes active on the day you purchase it. For plans with automatic renewal, it will renew on the same day of the following month. Your profile must be enabled in order to use the subscription.

You can view your remaining minutes and the expiry or renewal date of your subscription in the “Subscription” section of the Enjoy App.

The Drive and Daily plans renew automatically on the same date each month unless you choose to cancel and unless there is no capacity on your payment method. You can cancel your subscription anytime, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of the ongoing monthly subscription. If the renewal date falls on a day not present in a particular month, such as the 31st, the renewal will occur on the last day of that month (e.g., subscribe on 31st August, renewals on 30th September, 31st October, 30th November, etc.).
Drive Pass plans have a fixed expiration date and do not renew automatically.

The monthly renewal charge for Drive and Daily plans is processed 58 hours before the renewal date (for instance, if you subscribed on 6th February, the renewal begins on 6th March, and payment is due on 3rd March at 14:00, provided your payment method is valid). The subscription will be charged directly to one of the payment methods registered in the App, with preference given to the default option, without you having to do anything. Please ensure that your chosen payment method has sufficient funds to avoid potential cancellation of your subscription.

No, you cannot request an early renewal of the subscription. Once you’ve used up the included minutes in your plan, you can continue to use Enjoy at other rental rates or, during an ongoing rental, at the extra minute rate.

No, you will have to wait for the current Drive Pass plan to expire. After that, you can purchase a new Drive Pass.

No, you can’t accumulate minutes. Unused minutes will automatically expire after the subscription period ends.

You can cancel your subscription by going to the “Subscription” section in the Enjoy App and clicking on “Modify or cancel subscription”. For plans with automatic renewal, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the ongoing monthly subscription.
Drive Pass plans cannot be cancelled as they do not have automatic renewal. After your current Drive Pass expires, you can always subscribe to a Drive or Daily plan.

You can modify your subscription by going to the “Subscription” section in the Enjoy App and clicking on “Modify or cancel subscription”. If you do this within 58 hours before the expiration of plans with automatic renewal, the change will be effective from the next available renewal. Otherwise, the changes will apply to the subsequent renewal. Once the change takes effect, your subscription will automatically renew with the new plan you have subscribed to.
Drive Pass plans cannot be modified as they do not include automatic renewal. After your current Drive Pass expires, you can always subscribe to a new Drive Pass or to a Drive or Daily plan.

Yes, you can reserve a vehicle from an Enjoy Point using the app, up to 24 hours in advance, with prepaid booking rates. If you'd like to plan your trip further ahead, simply fill out the form available on the Enjoy website in the “Contact an Enjoy Point” section. The Enjoy team will support you in organising your rental from the Enjoy Point.

Absolutely. When you book a vehicle, your Enjoy car is reserved for you, and you can unlock it at any time within the booking period. Please keep in mind that unused booking minutes cannot be carried over or refunded.

At the end of the booking, if you didn't manage to reach the vehicle in time, you will have an additional 120 minutes to unlock it at a cost of 5 cents per minute. If you are unable to unlock the vehicle within the additional minutes following the hourly booking, our systems will cancel your booking. You can immediately make a new booking or rental for another car. You will, however, be able to start the rental on the same car by going to the vehicle, pressing the "Rent" button in the App and entering the license plate and vehicle code. If, on the other hand, you would like to book the same car again, you will only be able to do so after 120 minutes.

If you cancel, you will be refunded for the prepaid rental rate only. Please note that the prepaid booking fee is non-refundable.

Enjoy Points are dedicated parking areas where you can find Enjoy vehicles and start or end your rental. They’re located across Italy in Enilive Stations, and at airports and train stations car parks. You can check all available Enjoy Points in the dedicated section of the website or App.

On the homepage of the app, you can see a list of all the Enjoy Points currently in operation. To access more details about a specific Enjoy Point and the available rental vehicles, simply select the blue icon.

You can drive anywhere within Italy without any time limitations.

Currently, there is no special access to ZTL areas. Please refer to the Instructions section for updates.

Yes. Outside of the Enjoy Point, any parking costs (e.g. blue zone parking, paid car parks, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your Enjoy Point booking is confirmed and until you start the Enjoy Point rental by clicking the "START RENTAL" button, you are free to navigate within the app, but you won't be able to make additional rental.

Currently, the Car Delivery service is not available for pickups or drop-offs at Enjoy Points.

You can only end the rental at the starting Enjoy Point, within the designated area clearly marked with Enjoy signage. Please remember to occupy only one parking space.
