You can sign up directly through the Enjoy App, completely digitally and free of charge. Follow the on-screen instructions: you will be asked for your personal details, tax code, ID document, and driving license. At the end of the process, you will receive a confirmation email with the contractual documentation.

Driving licenses from all countries around the world are accepted. Your license must be valid and have been held for at least one year. You must also be at least 18 years old.

Yes. If you already have Enilive or Plenitude credentials, you can log in using the same email address and password and complete your Enjoy registration directly in the App, without starting from scratch.

The personal information entered during registration cannot be changed independently. To request a modification, contact us through the official social media channels or Customer Service.

However, you can change your email address directly from your personal area in the App, under the “Personal Profile” section. A confirmation email will be sent to your old address and an activation email to the new one.

Yes. You can choose and change your personal PIN at any time from your personal area in the App. The PIN is required to start each rental.

Make sure your card is enabled for online payments and registered with your card network’s security services: SecureCode (Mastercard), Verified by Visa, or Safekey (American Express). If the issue persists, contact your bank.

Check your device’s data connection. Try closing and reopening the App. If the problem persists and you have an active booking, contact Enjoy Customer Service immediately to avoid any charges related to the technical issue.

To register and rent a vehicle, credit cards and debit cards are accepted. Prepaid cards are not accepted.

The following card networks are accepted: Mastercard, Visa, and American Express enabled for online payments.

You can also use the vouchers available in your wallet to pay for rentals. However, you must still have a valid payment method registered on your profile.

If there is no valid payment method active on your profile, your account will be blocked and you will not be able to rent a vehicle.

No. Enjoy does not accept PayPal as a payment method. Only credit and debit cards from the Mastercard, Visa, and American Express networks are accepted.

Your card details are securely stored by Nexi using 3D Secure anti-fraud protection systems (Mastercard SecureCode, Amex Safekey, and Verified by Visa). You can modify your stored payment details at any time from your personal area.

Contact us through the official social media channels or Customer Service, providing all the details of the rental. We will review your request and, if confirmed, proceed with the refund.

You can book a vehicle through the Enjoy app in two ways:

• START NOW: select this option if you want to leave immediately. The app will locate the nearest Enjoy Point with available vehicles. Booking is free for the first 40 minutes.
• START LATER: select the pick-up date and time, up to 24 hours before departure. The prepaid booking fee will be calculated automatically.

No. The system allows bookings up to a maximum of 24 hours before pick-up. If you have special requirements, you can contact the Enjoy Point directly through the “Contact an Enjoy Point” form available on the website.

Yes, but only if the booking has not yet expired. You can purchase a single extension from your personal area in the Enjoy before the allotted time runs out.

At the end of the booking period (whether free or paid), the reservation is automatically cancelled. No additional time is granted automatically.

The booking is cancelled and the vehicle becomes available again for other users. You can make a new booking for another vehicle. If you want to book the same vehicle, it must become available again in the system.

Yes. In case of cancellation, the prepaid rental fee will be refunded. The prepaid booking fee is not refundable.
If you cancel a 'START NOW' booking (free for the first 40 minutes), no charge is applied.

Yes. You can start the rental at any time within the booking period. Any unused booking minutes are neither refunded nor carried over.

No. You can only have one active booking or one ongoing rental at a time.

The vehicle becomes available again, but only for paid bookings ('START LATER' option). It will not be available for 'START NOW' bookings for a certain period after cancellation

The rates are structured into hourly and daily packages, all including 50 km. To view the updated prices, select an Enjoy Point in the Enjoy app.

The rental fee is prepaid and charged at the start of the rental. Any additional costs (extra kilometres, drop-off fee, etc.) are charged at the end of the rental.

Each rental rate includes 50 km. If you expect to exceed them during the rental, you can purchase additional kilometre packages directly in the app. Once the packages are used up, the minimum rental rate is automatically applied.

If you choose a one-way rental and return the vehicle to a different Enjoy Point from the starting one, a drop-off fee may apply. The amount is always clearly shown before confirming the booking.

Penalties are applied in case of behaviour that does not comply with the General Terms of Service, such as: leaving the vehicle outside an Enjoy Point, smoking inside, transporting animals, or returning the vehicle in excessively dirty conditions.

It may be a GPS or GSM signal issue. Move the vehicle slightly within the area and try again. If the problem persists, contact Enjoy Customer Service.

Vouchers are credits that can be used to pay for rentals. If you have active vouchers in your wallet, they are automatically deducted at the time of payment for your next rental.

You can choose not to use your vouchers for a specific rental (for example, in case of a reimbursable business trip) and pay with your registered payment method. This option is available during the booking process in the Enjoy app.

No. To register, you must add a valid payment method (credit or debit card). Only after registration can you activate and use vouchers from the dedicated section in the app.

Currently, voucher purchases are not available in the app.

An Enjoy Point is a dedicated parking area where you can find Enjoy vehicles, and start or end your rental. Enjoy Points are located throughout Italy inside Enilive stations and, in some cities, also at airports and train stations.

You can view all active Enjoy Points directly on the Home screen of the app or in the Map section. Select an Enjoy Point icon to see detailed information and available vehicles.

With a Round Trip Enjoy Point, you must return the vehicle to the same location where you picked it up.

With a One Way Enjoy Point, you can return the vehicle either to the starting point or to another Enjoy Point shown in the app. If you choose a different drop-off location, a drop-off fee may apply. Each type is indicated with different icons on the map.

Yes, you can drive anywhere in Italy without time limits, in compliance with the Highway Code.

At the moment, free access to Limited Traffic Zones (ZTL) is not included. Check the Instructions section for any updates.

Yes. All parking costs outside Enjoy Points (blue lines, paid parking, etc.) are the customer’s responsibility.

No. The Car Delivery service is currently not available for pick-up or drop-off with Enjoy Point.

Once you have started the rental in the Enjoy app, enter your personal PIN on your smartphone. Then use the ignition key found in the glove compartment under the gear lever. Bluetooth is not required.

No. With the new app, Bluetooth is no longer required to unlock or start the vehicle.

Yes. You can refuel at any time during the rental at authorised Enilive stations, regardless of the fuel level.

Enjoy Fiat 500 vehicles must be refuelled only with unleaded petrol. The fuel cost is covered by Enjoy.

In case of an issue during refuelling, the account will be suspended at the end of the ongoing rental. No voucher is issued after refuelling.

During the rental, tap the refuelling icon in the Enjoy app. Select the nearest Enilive station, drive there, stop at an IPERSELF fuel dispenser, turn off the engine, and follow the on-screen instructions. For the full procedure, please refer to the “Instructions” section.

Report it via the app before starting the rental or contact Enjoy Customer Service. You can leave the vehicle and choose another one.

With Enjoy vehicles, it is forbidden to:

• smoke inside the vehicle (penalty applies for interior cleaning);
• transport animals without a carrier;
• leave the Italian territory;
• use bus lanes or pedestrian areas;
• leave the vehicle outside an Enjoy Point at the end of the rental.
