What is an Enjoy Point?
An Enjoy Point is a specially designated parking area where you can find, start, and end rentals of Enjoy vehicles. These points are strategically located across Italy, including Eni Live Stations, Eni Parking, Enjoy Parking, airport and railway station car parks, as well as private and public parking spaces. For a complete list of Enjoy Points, please refer to the dedicated section on our website and app.
Which Enjoy Points are currently operational?
On the homepage of the app, click on "Enjoy Point" at the top and you’ll see a list of all the Enjoy Points currently in operation. To access more details about a specific Enjoy Point and the available rental vehicles, simply select the blue icon.
Where can I drive with a car rented from an Enjoy Point?
You can drive anywhere within Italy without any time limitations. Just remember that both the beginning and end of the rental should take place at the same Enjoy Point where you initially picked up the vehicle.
If I rent a vehicle from an Enjoy Point, can I access ZTL (Limited Traffic Zones)?
Currently, cars rented at the Enjoy Points do not have any special authorizations to access the ZTLS areas. Unless, you rent a Enjoy Fiat Doblò in one of the Enjoy Points situated in Bologna. Ineed, in that case you can access all the ZTL areas listed for vehicles reted in car-sharing. Please refer to the instruction section for updates.
Are any parking costs related to a vehicle picked up from Enjoy Point charged to the customer?
Yes, outside the Enjoy Point area, all the expenses related to parking (such as blue zone parking or paid parking). Despite the Enjoy Fiat Doblò rented at the Enjoy Point in Bologna, where you can park at no cost in the dedicated area available in the municipal areas.
After booking a vehicle from Enjoy Point, can I make other rentals?
Once your Enjoy Point booking is confirmed, you are free to navigate within the app and make additional rentals (excluding those within Enjoy Points) until you start the Enjoy Point rental by clicking the "START RENTAL" button. It's important to note that during rentals, you won't be able to cancel or modify your active Enjoy Point booking. To prevent automatic cancellation of your Enjoy Point booking, we recommend completing any ongoing rental within the specified timeframe. Additionally, remember that you can only book one vehicle from an Enjoy Point at a time.
Where should I end my Enjoy Point car rental?
You can only end the rental at the starting Enjoy Point, within the designated area clearly marked with Enjoy signage. Please remember to occupy only one parking space.
