In car parks with automated barriers and license plate reading, if the entrance or exit barrier does not open, you will have to use the intercom service available at the entry/exit column to ask for the barrier to be raised, declaring that you are on board an Enjoy vehicle.
Under no circumstances will you have to collect, insert, or pay for a parking ticket to use Enjoy Parking.
