At the end of the booking, if you didn't manage to reach the vehicle in time, you will have an additional 30 minutes (120 minutes in the case of Enjoy Point rentals) to unlock it at a cost of 5 cents per minute. If you are unable to unlock the vehicle within the additional minutes following the hourly booking, our systems will cancel your booking. You can immediately make a new booking or rental for another car. You will, however, be able to start the rental on the same car by going to the vehicle, pressing the "Rent" button in the App and entering the license plate and vehicle code. If, on the other hand, you would like to book the same car again, you will only be able to do so after 120 minutes.
