The coverage area of Enjoy Fiat Doblò is the same as the Fiat 500s in the cities of Rome, Milan and Turin. Be sure to check the applicable coverage area for your vehicle to start and end the rental correctly. If you rent an Enjoy Fiat Doblò from an Enjoy Point, you will have to bring it back to the same Enjoy Point from which you started in order to properly end the rental.

Before starting your rental, make sure you’ve installed the latest version of the Enjoy App. Once you’ve started the rental in the app, enter your PIN code directly on your smartphone.

If the vehicle is damaged, excessively dirty or missing the key, report it via the app or contact Enjoy Customer Service. If you think the vehicle isn’t fit for use, you can release it and choose another one.

• Press the brake pedal and, at the same time, the Start/Stop button.

To complete your registration and enable the rental service, you can also enter any available voucher(s) as a payment method, without entering another payment method, provided that the total amount of the vouchers in your personal wallet is higher than the minimum threshold of 10 euros. For each new rental with Enjoy, you must always have one or more vouchers with a minimum value of 10 euros available, unless you enter another valid payment method.

To use the Enjoy service you must insert one or more vouchers until you reach a total of at least 10 euros in order to use the rental service and pay only by voucher without inserting another valid payment method. If the total amount of the vouchers falls below the minimum threshold, your profile will be temporarily blocked and you will not be able to make a new rental. To restore your Enjoy profile you will need to upload vouchers in order to reach the minimum amount of 10 euros once again or enter another valid payment method.

Enter the code on the voucher to activate it, choose one of the available cars and start the rental right away. Enter the voucher(s) at your disposal in the App. Once the rental is finished, the amount will be automatically deducted from your wallet. If the balance of the vouchers is insufficient, you will be required to enter another payment method.

If the amount of petrol dispensed during refuelling does not match the amount displayed on the pump's screen, the voucher will not be accepted.

The Drive and Daily plans renew automatically on the same date each month unless you choose to cancel and unless there is no capacity on your payment method. You can cancel your subscription anytime, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of the ongoing monthly subscription. If the renewal date falls on a day not present in a particular month, such as the 31st, the renewal will occur on the last day of that month (e.g., subscribe on 31st August, renewals on 30th September, 31st October, 30th November, etc.).
Drive Pass plans have a fixed expiration date and do not renew automatically.

The Enjoy team will support you in organising your rental from the Enjoy Point.

Absolutely. When you book a vehicle, your Enjoy car is reserved for you, and you can unlock it at any time within the booking period. Please keep in mind that unused booking minutes cannot be carried over or refunded.

At the end of the booking, if you didn't manage to reach the vehicle in time, you will have an additional 30 minutes (120 minutes in the case of Enjoy Point rentals) to unlock it at a cost of 5 cents per minute. If you are unable to unlock the vehicle within the additional minutes following the hourly booking, our systems will cancel your booking. You can immediately make a new booking or rental for another car. You will, however, be able to start the rental on the same car by going to the vehicle, pressing the "Rent" button in the App and entering the license plate and vehicle code. The fee for renting a car with Enjoy Car Delivery is given by the delivery fee and the daily rental rate chosen. The delivery cost, starting from 10€, does not change according to the number of rental days (even for multi-day rentals the delivery cost is always the same). Remember that with the daily fee you always have 150km per day to drive, fuel and insurance included in the price.
