Free Booking

This rate allows you to book an Enjoy car for free for the period specified in the app.

This time is enough for you to reach the vehicle.

Extended Booking

Once the free Booking minutes are used up, the booking continues automatically for a fee.

The cost and the maximum cap of paid minutes are indicated in the app at the time of booking.

Hourly Booking

These prepaid rates allow you to book your Enjoy car for one or more hours, even until the next day.

Included kilometres

With Enjoy, you always have included kilometres based on the rental rate you choose.

Fuel

Fuel is included in your rate and if you fill up the tank, you get a voucher to use for your rentals.

Insurance

Insurance is always included in your rental.

ZTL zones and Blue-lined spaces

With Enjoy, you can access many ZTL zones and park for free in blue-lined spaces.

Find out about our rates:
You can explore Enjoy's App, you just need to click on one of the vehicles on the map to find out the rental rates, reservation and charges for extra services.
Coverage areas:
With Enjoy rentals, you can drive freely outside the coverage area, but if you travel to a different city from where you started, you cannot park in blue-lined spaces or enter ZTL zones.
End your rental:
To end your rental, even after leaving our coverage areas, you must always return to the city where you started it.

At Airports and Train Stations of some cities, where the Enjoy service is available, you have access to reserved paid parking spots to start and end your rentals stress-free.

How much does it cost to rent an Enjoy car?

To find out about rental rates nd any extra costs applied to each Enjoy service, you will need to refer to the prices shown in the App. All you need to do is selecting a vehicle from the map of the city you are interested in and you will immediately see all the rates for the offered services.

Can I book an Enjoy car?

For all your Enjoy rentals you will have free reservation minutes and additional paid minutes, Learn more in App.

Can I book an Enjoy car by the hour, so I can take my time to reach the vehicle?

You can book your Enjoy even for several consecutive hours. All hourly booking rates are prepaid. Discover more in the App.

What payment methods are accepted by Enjoy?

To activate the service, the following payment methods are accepted:

Credit card
Debit card
PayPal account in your name.

You can also use vouchers to pay for rentals. Your vouchers will automatically be applied to your next rental and deducted from its total cost.

Please note that to use vouchers, you must still register a valid payment method (credit card, debit card, or PayPal).

Currently, the service only accepts MasterCard, American Express, and Visa cards enabled for online payments. Prepaid cards are not accepted.

Your card and PayPal account details are securely stored by Nexi using advanced security technologies, including the 3D Secure anti-fraud protection systems developed by international networks — MasterCard SecureCode, American Express SafeKey, and Verified by Visa. These systems provide extra protection for your online purchases, helping prevent unauthorized use of your card and avoiding unwanted charges on your account.

You can update your stored payment details at any time by accessing the Nexi website through your personal Enjoy area.

Please note that if there is no valid payment method active on your profile, your account will be blocked and you will not be able to rent.
